Rodeo Queen Contest and Dinner
Saturday, March 22nd

22nd Annual Chili Cook-Off
Friday, May 9th
The Rotary Club of Castro Valley will be hosting its Annual Chili Cook-off at Rowell Ranch from 5 to 9pm.

Rowell Ranch Rodeo Parade
Saturday, May 10th
Come cheer on over 100 parade entries at 10am in downtown Castro Valley.

Celebrity Team Penning and BBQ
Wednesday, May 14th
Rodeo week kicks off with the Celebrity Team Penning and BBQ on Wednesday, May 15th at 3pm at Rowell Ranch. Entry to the Team Penning is free. Tickets for the Tri-tip BBQ can be purchased by visiting Rowell's Saddlery in Castro Valley (510) 581-2577

93nd Rowell Ranch PRCA Rodeo
Saturday & Sunday, May 17th & 18th
Our Pro Rodeos take place on Saturday and Sunday, May 18th and 19th. Gates open at 10am with Grand Entry at 1:30pm each day.

Special Partners Event
Saturday , May 17th
children with mental or physical challenges between the ages of 5 and 15 will participate in modified and simulated rodeo events in the same arena where the professional rodeo cowboys will compete later in the afternoon.

Hayward Firefighters Local 1909 will again be sponsoring our Special Partners Rodeo which supports Special Olympics on Saturday before the Pro Rodeo.

Saturday is also Armed Forces Day at the Rodeo. We will be collecting items to help support Armed Forces serving overseas.

Rodeo Sunday will be Tough Enough to Wear Pink Day. We encourage everyone to wear pink and will be collecting donations to support the fight against breast cancer.
